CannaOne reserves the right to refuse media passes during pre-registration as well as on-site media registration. Please be advised that media passes are limited in number and are reserved for commercial news outlets. In addition, media credentials can be revoked if an individual abuses the privilege or obtains credentials under false pretenses. Misconduct or misrepresentation of position and/or publication/news organization will bar you and your organization from all future CannaOne events. If it is determined that the principal purpose for attending CannaOne is, in our judgment, for reasons other than covering it as working news media, you will be removed from the event. The following titles that are not eligible for complimentary media access include but are not limited to: account manager, account executive, general management, marketing and communications, public relations, and sales-related titles. Individuals and representatives of companies who self-publish company e-newsletter, publication or web site are not eligible. A history of being registered at previous CannaOne events does not guarantee approval or waive the accreditation requirement.
Applicants for media registration must show employment by or assignment for a publication or program that is previously established, independent and regularly updated with original industry-related news. Media Accreditation is reserved for working members of the press only. This includes editors, reporters, producers, camera crews, still photographers and industry analysts. Press Registration applies to editors, writers, and print or broadcast reporters at the discretion of the convention organizers’ media relations staff. Review the News Media Audio / Visual Policy for important information regarding photography, audio and video taken at the Show.
All press registration requests will be evaluated and you will be sent a confirmation that your media credentials have been granted or that more information is needed for verification.
